When he arrived in Cerrado Mineiro, the land was of little value, and he saw a huge opportunity to develop coffee cultivation there. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(234, 95, 42);\"\u003eHe initially bought 20 hectares to learn about coffee farming.
